Tom Hopkins says in his book How to Master the Art of Selling (which I am buying for you) that positive attitude, organization and extra services are what set a winner apart. My dad was a successful residential realtor and I helped him when I was at college. His advice to me also was to set yourself apart by extra service; more than the other agents out there.
